We have extensive experience in operationalising new legislation- going from legal concepts to concrete deliverables. Some of our experience in this area includes:

• Scoping and delivering all aspects of statutory investigations being carried out for the first time by a regulator;

• Scoping and delivering all aspects of an adverse decision-making process for a regulator using its registration powers;

• Working with stakeholders to scope and deliver new legislation affecting regulatory functions.
